1. Transportation:
Transport is provided in air-conditioned vehicles as per
request at all times. We reserve the right to utilize sedan
vehicles when micro-buses are not justified.
2. Reservations & Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the total tour price per person is
payable at the time of making the reservation. The final
payment is due at least 07 days before commencement of the
tour. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made
for which the total payment has not been made by the due
date in which event the deposit will be forfeited. The final
payment will still be outstanding and due by the client.
Cancellation fees:
30 days or more before start of tour: 0 %
21 - 29 days before start of tour: 25 %
14 - 20 days before start of tour: 50 %
07 - 13 days before start of tour: 75 %
less than 07 days before start or tour: 100 %
3. Insurance:
To be taken out by the potential client: Loss against
stolen/lost goods, personal accident coverage. Loss of
deposit through cancellation or full payment.
4. Visa’s:
Please make sure that you have at least two blank pages
in your passport before travelling. Enquire directly at your
local travel agent or the South African Embassy in your
country if you need a visa to travel to South Africa.
5. Tour Guides:
Guides appointed by Agricultural Tours Worldwide will be
taking control of all tours and their lawful requests must
be obliged. All guides used are THETA registered.
6. Responsibility Clause:
Agricultural Tours Worldwide and it's associated
companies and agents/guides will not be held responsible for
any injury, loss or damage as well as accidents, delays or
any other happening in the event of the tour that is out of
normal control of the operator. Delays in flights will also
not be regarded as a fault of the tour operator.
